Indian caller saying I was being scammed on my eBay ACC and needed to fill out a form with all my details on their App so that they could stop the scammer getting my money. Told him I thought he was the scammer

This number called me, was a recording saying they received an order for $299 and will be withdrawing it from my account, then went on the provide options for customer support services, obviously I was worried for a second cause the recording said they'll be withdrawing $299 from my account, but quickly thought it must be a scam, typed the number in Google and found this page, thankyou everyone, and don't be silly falling for scaming people like this

Recorded message said it was from Australian Border Force and I had received an illegal parcel….Press 1 to speak to an officer

Unknown number & no message left...usually dodgy so checked here & my suspicions were confirmed. Thanks everyone.

Recorded message from EBay seller is taking $200 for goods you requested if you didn't requested these goods call EBAY on..... and I missed the call back number when i called the 024472443 it was Brian and he wasn't home and his message bank was full

Recorded message saying they were Ebay and I was being charged $299+. It even goes on to provide supposed different choices for accounts and customer support etc. Obviously a scam. I didnt engage

Recorded message from Ebay telling me I was about to be charged $299.99 and if that wasn't correct I was offered some choices to be able to contact their tech support. Sounded way to dodgy! The last time I did spend that amount on Ebay no one rang me to check if it was correct!! Scam!!

I didn't answer and a voicemail was left. VM was a recorded message stating that my eBay account made a purchase for $290 and I needed to call back or the payment would be debited.

Pre-recorded scam call from Nowra (as though anyone of importance would call from there).

Recorded message telling me they are from ebay and that someone is trying to use my details and charge $299+. She tried to get me to download a software support and so that she could link in to send me customer support .. I kept saying that this does not sound right and it was a scam. I hung up and tried the number and it went to a private number as previous comments.

Rang but never left a message, phone warned possible scam. Rang number message from Brian can't get to phone also message bank full.

Same as others automated message from eBay saying they are going to withdraw $299 from my account. Just hung up.

Scam pretending to be eBay. I started the process as I was worried but then when they asked me for my bank details and to put into a Google document I realised it was a scam. They have my name address and email now I’m worried. Luckily I didn’t put my bank info.

This number called me and when I answered they proceeded to hang up. The location of the call was coming from Nowra and when I called back, it said that Brian and Dianne can’t get to the phone right now.
