Caller: Don’t know Phoned back, they said something about a purchase of gift card which was costing me lots and lots of money ! Think it’s a scam. Never asked my name just went straight into it.

Caller: Newcastle Australia Number (02) 4072 1928, claiming to be EBay Claimed to be EBay with a purchase I'd made a week before. I don't have an ebay account. They said they'd cancel the order but to do so they asked me to use App Store and search for ANYDESK. It gives you a code which I gave them. Then a screen comes up saying accept the request. It said that they'd have full access to my phone banking etc. I said no and declined the request and they hung up. Then I phoned Ebay who said it's definitely a scam as they don't call and do that
