A guy with Indian accent, says he is from Hipage, then says he is from a property company and I didn’t take their jobs. Asked me if I have no job to do at the moment, then start to say he can provide me website design service.

I was confused and ask whether he is from Hipage. He said no. I asked him why he lies and he cut the line immediately.

phone call and message left on my phone: 28/06/22. Scam, SMS left on my phone indicating money was taken out of my account and to click or call this number to cancel it and have it resolved. DO NOT CLICK. delete it.. a scammer.

They left a message today asking me to call about an order - the message was incomplete. I called and the guy said he was from PayPal. When I said that I didn't think it was genuine and that I'd need him to provide some verification he hung up on me.

Answered call, automated message from 'Ebay' or similar, advising I had a debit of $299 due. I ended the call and then decided to call back - indian voice answered the phone saying he is from Ebay.
