I didn't answer but a recorded voicemail, woman didn't say where they are from but that they have a purchase request of $299.99 to be debited from your account, I couldn't hear some more of it but if you want to cancel press 1 blah blah. I googled the message and lots of people saying they had that message for the exact amount and looks like it can come from different numbers. Some people saying a scam eBay message. I just blocked the number.

its a scammer asked if I had ebay purchase advised no then they hung up

Scam, demanded payment of $299.99, they were unable to provide any accurate information, called them out on the scam and they hung up.

Robocall. Called back and they claimed to be eBay, but as soon as I said anything they hung up.

Received a call on (02) 4067 5858 saying I had an amount of $219 on a eBay transaction that had to be verified, James (?) who I spoke to was unable to tell me what name my eBay account was when asked and hung up.

I got a missed call from (02) 4067 5858 when I called the number back a recorded message with a male voice said “ please stay on the line your call is very important to us. You will be transferred to the next available agent”
