This person calls from this number but when you call it back the number is not connected!!! This is a scam, they have got ahold of the electricity companies lists and are pretending to give you great deals! They ask for your account info-which they should know as well as other personal info that they don’t need if they were legitimate!!!
If in doubt tell them that you will call your electricity provider and talk to them, the scammer gets angry and tries to keep going but won’t let you call your provider! Just hang up and let your provider know about the scam!

An Indian lady called me and said she was with Telstra and tell me that my IP address has been leaked and is no longer private.

Caller: they say in the intro that $200 odd dollars is going to be debited out of my account?

Appears to be an automated service - I wish they got themselves a real job these people. I have followed suit and blocked the number

Rude Indian Call Centre that will hang up on you as soon as start uttering the words, "Sorry, I'm not really interested....."

This is why you don’t answer calls if number is not in contacts already. Blocked!

Caller: Nuisance call

Missed this call and phoned them back. Got a recording saying it was a market researcher doing leading research for a number of leading UK companies. If you would like to speak to one of our..... I hung up and blocked the number.

Caller: Origin call center allegedly

Quite a clever scam - when you answer call you'll also receive an SMS with a one time code from "Origin".
I have no account with Origin so hung up and blocked number

Picked up, then hung up immediately.

Got a call from this number but didn’t pick up. Read the previous comment on here and tried calling the number back. “Your call couldn’t be connected…” The number is now blocked.

Caller: I don’t know

Called and when I answered there was silence on the other end. During this call, the exact same number was trying to call me at the same time. Hung up and answered that one, same silence again.
Tried to call back and says number is not connected. Obviously a scam call number.
