Shipping insurance scam

I received a call on my mobile phone from the above mobile number. When I answered a recorded message started playing in the English language informing me that my mobile phone service had been compromised.?? After that message had stopped playing, another recorded message began in the Chinese language. To anyone who receives a similar call from the above number hang up or do not answer the call, because it is a scam.!! Report to either scam watch Australia or Cybertrace Australia.

“We have tried to contact you several times, but have been unable to reach you. You have a document that you have not collected that may affect your proof of residency.”

Caller: I don't know

This number does not relate to any of my husband's family, and because they are the only numbers on his phone and which he'll recognise, Now it's BLOCKED. So thankful I did after reading all these comments. Thank you.

Just got called by this number, no message left, suspect scam.

So the "Do not call" register. I'm wondering if this list has actually been hacked and sold ha. Everyone I know is on this list. Everyone receives phishing/scam calls. It's a joke.
This number supposedly is run through Symbio Networks Pty Ltd. Symbio has previously been in trouble with Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA).
Yet another unsolicited phishing call. Probably computer run and automated, as they do not notice the call going to voicemail and the recording has started playing already. Australian mobile providers have joke security. It is not a priority for them. They should be blocking more. Rant over :)

Called a few times recently, usually early afternoons (I didn't answer the call - unknown number). They have left voicemails in what sounded like chinese.
