Caller: Samantha from KontoFX Samantha called from KontoFX on (02) 4047 9272. It was a follow up call after I registered for an account on their website. The Contact Us page on the KontoFX platform had a phone number from Europe (+44...) I think this was a ligitimate call using a virtual office with an Aussie phone number. She seemed quite knowledgable on the subject and provided support rather than pushing sales. She answered our complex queries professionally. Considering it was a follow up call for an action I did on their website last night, it was not unsolicited.
