Rings and sounded like a call centre from India

called and I didn't answer, I don't answer anything these days unless its someone I know, if they are genuine they will leave a message, these scum bags didn't.

They called and hung up when i answered. I looked the number up straight away and found this. While i was reading they called back. A male said " Hello, Is this Alison ( I stupidly answered my phone on the first call with " this is Alison" ).
I said " No sir. Are you the home owner ? ". Every time he tried to engage me I asked him if he was the home owner, as i had a business proposition for him.
He got very annoyed and hung up.

Unsure, but called and hung up straight away. Picked up cause the phone showed it as a Newcastle number. Often what happens is if I pick up, they hang up straight away, then they call again (now knowing I’ll actually answer) and speak to me as if they are from the gov etc. can’t deal with these scams.

I answered 10/7 survey about living in Victoria,I hung up then they called 12 more times called again today at 5.58pm

Answered the call before my phone recognised it as a potential scam call. it hung up straight away. Called the number back and it never answered just hung up

Number came up as potential fraud, so didn't answer. They didn't leave a message. Looking at the comments here, I'm glad I didn't answer.

ph rang with this number - my ph recognizes "potential scam" callers so i don't even bother anymore.
good to see from everyone's feedback that my ph has it right.

showed a newcastle number so i answered but didnt talk. It took a couple of seconds before anyone said hello. It sounded like a call centre from India. I have blocked number. Lets see what number they try tomorrow, they usually try ringing on a few numbers

Called and new my full name then asked if I was looking for a loan. The woman had an Indian accent. When I said "No" she hung up. Obviously a scammer. Don't give this scammer any details.

I answered but they hung up. So I blocked the no.

Caller: Quoin / Coin Business Directory?

Received a call saying it was from a free business listing company called Coin or Quoin. Seems to be a scam.

Another time wasting call. Blocked and spam listed.
