Second time I have received a call from this number. I have an appointment for tomorrow which is where the call may be coming from. I just wish people when they phone, would leave a short message. No message immediately makes me think "Scam".

Scam, runs each day about 12.30pm from the Newcastle area.

Rang back and it just said “goodbye”

Answer the phone call but the phone line was dead and hung up.

Scammers.

Came up as potential fraud/scam however I mistakenly answered it instead of declining...
Silence then an automated goodbye, then hang up.

I called back and a recorded "Goodbye" message then hangup

SCAM! Wanting info stating they want to save me thousands and install solar for free.

This has been going on too long! what joy would you think they get out of calling and hanging up? IQ of a pot plant. should cut the pockets outa thier shorts to give them something to play with and leave the phone alone

Caller: Said it was regarding solar panels

Said that an agent was in the area tomorrow and could inspect my solar panels and it was to do with the government rebate. Told me my monthly bill would be much lower if I upgraded.I said I wouldn’t be home?. And they could leave me a quote. Insisted that I give 10 minutes of my time. I said I wasn’t interested but they could leave a note. They did have my surname information. I would suggest this is a scam as they did not say what my address was. Told him not interested thanks and hung up.I called the number back and got an automated Goodbye response. Scammers in my view.

2nd time they have called - first time (11 Jan) I answered and they were on about solar panels, told them I have solar panels (I don't) then wanting to know how much electricity bill was and to increase number of panels - hung up. 2nd time I answered but no one immediately there - so hung up. Now Blocked

Calling several times per day. Silent on other end. May be scouting to see if we are home.

Recorded message saying they were taxation office & I was facing criminal charges if I didn't follow the prompts.

Repeated calls on both home phone (VoIP) and two mobile numbers. Never answers or leaves a nmessage.

Same as other commenters. I answered and it hung up.

Smells like a scam. Just silence when I answed the call.

Another call from this number, 7.30am, never rings long enough to answer, shows as a missed call, no message, message provided by Telstra at no charge to me. I am getting a little tired of having to find phone, only to find this message. A proper pain it is, if it is good enough for them to phone my number, why can't they at least leave a message. I know Scammers don't leave messages.

Received a call on my mobile. Suggested fraud/scam/. No one answered when I connected. Rang them back on my mobile. Told call very important etc et etd no-one answered. When I was on the cal they then pphoned my home line. A bit suspicious?
