I missed a call from (02) 4036 3629, when I called back I reached voicemail for Charity Choise

Took a while to respond to my answers - only wanted to conduct a quick survey but wasn't interested so hung up.

This is a call centre in the Philippines. They called but I didn't say anything. they hung up the call after about 20 seconds of silence. I called it back, and got an answering service which said who it was, in a Filipino voice. It also included an 'opt-out' choice but the option was not available because the message bank was full. My question is: "Why make yourself out to be calling from Australia if you are a foreign company calling from overseas?" This is dodgy as hell as far as I can see. Beware the fake charities out there. Just hang up and block the number if you can. These are organized criminals trying to steal your money.

Does anyone know who this number belongs to?

Said they just had a few yes or no questions like a survey, which I was fine with, but then wanted my personal details without even one yes or no question. The lovely lady turned nasty when I said I was opting out of the call. I hung up. After checking their website all socials have no links. I'm blocking it now.
