Several calls from several variants of this number over last few days: 38064021, 38064020, 38064022 and they just hang up when I answer

Claimed to be Telstra about modem speed. A few hours earlier, same except for last nmbr, claimed to be from Comm Bank about suspicious withdrawal from my account.

Caller: Don’t know Don’t know who owns this number but I’m guessing they’re selling something or it’s a scam call as they left only a silent message.. I don’t answer my phone at all now so if they don’t leave a message then I’m not interested.. And now they’re blocked..
