Caller: probably a scammer

According to another number look up site they allege this number 'used by scammers who will manipulate the number so that the call appears to be coming from a local or well-known phone number, making it more likely to be trusted or answered'. It is reasonable to presume therefore that this is yet another scammer. Blocked + reported. NEVER answer calls from numbers you do not already know.
