with any suspected Zip or attachment its a virus .. never open it ...
never even ring them its a scam ... and it could be attempting to send you malware :(
Scammers are cleaver to rip pepoles infromation off >:( and the Telcos say they cant block it on there end

The phone number was in a phishing email to make it look like a real person. Attached was a .zip file named Remittance advice
