It left no message but the number started with 0669

It was unusual as the number was 12 digits being 066923059630 , and there is no area code for 06 that I know of, and there was no preceding + sign to indicate that it was coming from another country

I received this call in Australia, and I did ring it back, and optus advised that the phone number was disconnected
