Caller: Claimed to be Telstra but appeared to be foreign call centre Number was 64236987456 reported on VOIP phone at 17:04 on 5 April 2019. Answered in error thinking it was a New Zealand number from '64' prefix (but the number is invalid for New Zealand with one too many digits). After a few seconds delay, a heavily accented male came on the line claiming to be calling from Telstra. I then hung up.
