I tried looking at the URL using VirusTotal, it tells me this https://auqpostv.top address might be a phishing site. The dodgy address and the ridiculously long phone number and the doubtful message tells me this is a scammer. You can check out the VirusTotal results here: https://www.virustotal.com ... put in https://auqpostv.top then click the URL tab, wait a few seconds and it will reveal what it has found.

I believe this is most likely a SCAM even though someone may be wanting to send me a package.
