Caller: Text message I have seen on social media that this type of message is a scam. Do not respond!!! This is certainly a nuisance, and I really hope that kids that may get into real strife with their phones don’t have to message their parents like this impersonal one! “Hi mum/dad, my phone is broken this is my temporary phone number. Can you send me a message on WhatsApp? Don't delete the old number I'll have it back”
