Caller: Malaysia

Scam international caller blocked by my Should I Answer app plus a missed call message from Telstra. I have international calls blocked on both my landline and mobile numbers so assume its a scammer as I've received several supposed mobile numbers and suspect 03 numbers in the last week which I've blocked and not answered as did not recognize the numbers. All these calls have come since I reported my sisters Telstra landline being out of order a couple of weeks ago!!
