Caller: don't know

0463462878 called my landline, I said Hello? as I picked it up.
The noise in the background sounded like a call centre - don't ask why?
A male voice eventually said hello, to which I replied " I said it first".
I heard the line go dead, hung up and immediately called the # back.
An automated voice said " the number is not in service"

Just another scammer, but how do we filter these idiots out?
It's about time the telco's and Aus Gov took to these people with a sledge hammer,
then throw the key away.
