Kept calling my mother EVERY night around 6:30pm AEST right in the middle of dinner. Finally answered it for her as she doesn't answer numbers she doesn't know; had an English speaking Indian guy who sounded like a telemarketer of some sort, didn't give him a chance to speak as I told him not to call again as he was a pain in the ass so don't know exactly what he wanted.
Reverse lookups on sites for other countries say the number is from a telecommunications company in London, "WAVECREST NETWORKS LIMITED"
