Caller: One-ring scammer The number is actually +232 31 721928 which is Sierra Leone and if you ring back it is a high cost call with the money going from your account to the scammer account.

I’ve got the same call from this number +232 31721928 as well last night, on 1 Jul 19. It rang once then hung up.
