Telstra refuses to accept that the call to this number was never made it seems 25 min and $98 charge is a common occurrence, I then chatted to a telstra employee which was weird to say the least, They said that they would rescind the charge of the account and a minute later said is was done. I told them I was making the complaint on someone else s behalf and how could the rescind the charge if they didn`t know which account it was, just as I was going to copy the conversation every thing disappeared and have not been able to chat with telstra again, As I chatted from my account I wonder who I was chatting to.
