Caller: Scammer-allegedly Commonwealth Bank Security Scammer called from noisy Indian call centre claiming to be Commonwealth Bank Security. Calling to check on funds transfer of $300 to John Smith in America. When asked when I last authorised a transaction online for this account, I re-confrimed it was Commonwealth Bank. When he answered yes, I responded with 37 Years ago so F** off and stop wasting my time on spam calls (no Combank account held since childhood). He replied "you F*** off too" and hung up. Less than an hour later a call from 016145853972. Same scenario but this time National Australia bank and $800. As soon as I asked to confirm which bank he hung up.
