Caller: Suncorp I got a message that my loan had been accepted and if it wasnt me, to call immediately on a provided 1800 #. Why would a person going for a loan (presumably in my name) use my real phone number? Scam for sure!

Caller: SUNCORP I received a message saying my loan had been accepted, and that if it wasn’t me to immediately call that number.
Found the whole interaction absorb as loans would be more thorough and less skeptic to just allow a loan to be accepted. That and I have never been with SUNCORP before.
Didn’t want to call back just in case they’d realise this was an active number and keep trying to send me scam SMS messages.
