Caller: tech support scammers

This is a fake hotline for tech support scammers. They pose as a helpline and try and gain access to your computer.

Caller: Pop up on computer

Opening a Facebook link, got a pop-up message Virus Alert and computer had been blocked so to call this number. Computer wouldn't respond, so cold boot and restart and it was OK. I have one of the best and up to date anti-virus programs, so a little concerning that it locked computer up for a bit.
