Caller: Phone number on a website

I got to a web page through an old de-registered domain name, which sent me to http://159.65.10.186/index.with.out.pro.html. This looks like a Microsoft web page and asks you to call this number. They pretend to be Microsoft, get you to download team viewer (remote access software), and then proceed to tell you your computer is stuffed and you have to buy a support package to get them to fix it. Total scam.
