Caller: Our old friend Nicole Apparently my "computer company" is going to charge $399.00 for maintenance unless I press 1 to stop payment! C'mon.... there not even trying now and what is their obsession with the name of Nicole. No matter what story they come up with, it is always Nicole who is making these computerized threats.
