Choose Force Quit from the Apple menu, close Safari from there, and then launch it with the Shift key held down. If that doesn’t work, disconnect the computer from the Internet and try again.

Can they get your information if you don't call?

happen to me right now , couldn't do anything on my laptop , called them and they have entered my laptop .

and was doing something , what to do ? please help

Biggest scam!!!!!! Referred me to a second company!!! We need to sue these illegal frauds!!!!!

It's a scam- do not call them- apples inbuilt security is silent and does not give you messages on screen

I got a pop up supposedly from Apple security. com saying Major Security issue - ring a toll free number immediately. Beware it is a scam and do not give you apple ID or any other info.
