We bought a pair of 8 hole mens Dr Martens which have never broken in properly and after several months are causing severe blisters. The problem is found on the right shoe near the heel where the leather gathers. After wearing the same type and size of Dr Martens for over 25 years we want to know if we can return / get these replaced as we consider this to be a manufacturing error.
