Caller: Scammers

Calls from this number (which no longer belongs to the legitimate business listed) are part of a sophisticated cyber SCAM.

Hang up/do not pick up and block calls from this number. Also, report them to Scamwatch Australia (https://www.scamwatch.gov.au/report-a-scam) so the relevant authorities can investigate further and hopefully prevent these criminals from hurting anyone else.

Cybercriminals have bought, stolen, hacked, or compromised the number and now use it as part of a scam on ordinary individuals in Australia (and potentially other countries).

I called the business to verify this and the business owner connected it to calls and texts being received on their mobile at all hours of the day and night.
