seems to be a bogus software selling scam, I was on nine msn , flicking through news stories and looking at old r n r photos when the computer locked up and a voice ( computerised ) kept telling me to phone this number for immediate help, yeh right " as if I'm that stupid" BEWARE

Came up as a help number from Microsoft after they froze my computer and said they had infected it.

Reported to Scamwatch, do it under any category. So far I've taken numbers off here for the last two weeks and shut down over 20 Scammers. Prank Phone call them it's fun.

This number came up on my computer saying its crashed dont do anything but call this phone number. This notice advertised as Microsoft. I stupidly let them in to my computer not knowing about the scams that have been happening. He is meant to call back in around 1 hour as
i had no money yesterday to pay for him to fix my computer and for antivirus.

Got Message on computer saying may have a virus on computer and that I should call number to talk to a Microsoft officer to rectify. I hung up when he started asking me personal questions
