Caller: Heckle call blocker

Rang about me calling to block calls. Said her name was Nancy and they received a call a couple of days ago regarding having do not call numbers and they could fix it. I asked her title and she did not respond but kept saying the call was from a company - did not understand her. Lots of similar indian or similar accents from people on phones in the background. I hung up.
