They said Telstra made a mistake by giving my landline to another provider and needed my authority to change the portal back to Telstra. I've had the number for 8 yrs. I lodged a complaint with the Ombudsman and Telstra told him that the complaint was resolved. Then I get a request to authorise the change. The man I spoke with in Telstra had a VERY strong accent and said he lived in the suburb of Moba Vale in Hobart. ????? I do not believe this is a genuine Telstra number

They said my mobile number is wrong and needs to be changed?? But when Icall the number back it says" go to Telstra.com or call back in business hours. I have called in business hours. Not sure if spam ?
