They said Telstra made a mistake by giving my landline to another provider and needed my authority to change the portal back to Telstra. I've had the number for 8 yrs. I lodged a complaint with the Ombudsman and Telstra told him that the complaint was resolved. Then I get a request to authorise the change. The man I spoke with in Telstra had a VERY strong accent and said he lived in the suburb of Moba Vale in Hobart. ????? I do not believe this is a genuine Telstra number

Caller: Telstra? They said my mobile number is wrong and needs to be changed?? But when Icall the number back it says" go to Telstra.com or call back in business hours. I have called in business hours. Not sure if spam ?
