Randomly recieved the same phone call out of nowhere

I'm been constantly harrassed by automated from Telstra,who know my full name and ring me at 6pm telling me to press one,I don't,I hang up.I rung Telstra and they said will put a hold on harrassing calls..they haven't..this number did come up
