This number currently appears of a fake popup claiming you have a virus. It's fake and you should close your browser and remove the website from your browsing history to ensure you don't accidently go to that website again. Never let these scammers access your computer remotely. By pressing Ctrl, Shift and Esc all together you can access your task manager and close down your browser if you can't find another way to close down the fake popup, but any unsaved data will be lost in the browser.

I can assure you the number is now being used by Fake Tech Support Scammers. If you paid any money to any one I would contact your bank and do a credit card chargeback, but it's been 5 months now and the bank may not do a chargeback. Can you let me know if you paid them any money and if so, is the bank refunding with a chargeback?
