Caller: Scam Call

It is scam. I lost 5k aud.
I’m fooled, but I’d like to share my story to help others!
They called me and ask me if I want to cancel the contact. To cancel the contact, they will need to remote my computer to remove the programs. (I do bought the internet safety services before, so I was totally believe at the moment)
After they control my computer, they said I owe 2 years fees, I need to pay, otherwise I cannot cancelled it. (I don’t know what I was thinking, so I believe them! Just remind everyone, there’s no any service can let you owe 2 years fee!)
Anyway, I gave my card number and prove the payment, and the currency changes into euro. When I realised I got scam, I cannot get money back, cuz all the transactions active by myself, I helped them scam me.
I can confirm it is scam, cuz I confirm with bank and police.
I was upset cuz is not really easy to get 5k saving especially during COVID. But I hope my experience helps more people avoid from scam.

Called claiming I owed money for computer security service, agreement entered into three and a half years ago. It's a scam, but I was caught back then, and now they want more. They won't get it. Many calls since that message was left. They're certainly persistent, and sometimes unpleasant. Different names have been used over the years: Kastralogic, Global Solutions, World Live, Global Logic. Wish they'd give up.

Scam! Donut believe anything they say!!!!!!!!’

Caller: They say they are called 'Web Security Global'. I am worried that this is a scam. They say I owe them money for two years worth of tech security.

When I try to call them is a tone. There is no answer and then it disconnects.
