Tried to call yellow pages on this number as i needed some help with my account. I spent more than 30 minutes waiting for my call to be answered!!!!!! I hope this is not normal for your customers trying to contact you over the phone!? People usually expect to wait a few minutes with larger business, but the time wasted waiting for you to answer my call was rather farfetched!!!! You call it Customer Care Centre, but it appears as if you don’t really care. Please try and pull yourselves together, or offer a valid explanation.
