How can I by charged by this company for driving in Melbourne?

What are the charges on 20th Sept. and 1st Oct 12 related to.

In SA on 25/10/16 supposedly driving on a Sydney toll bridge at the same time!, must be my evil twin!!!

Received a bill for traveling in Sydney 22/10/2016, was not in Sydney nor was my car? Charged $16.88. Have asked for the photo to be sent to me.

I keep getting charged 30.18 every two to three weeks on my credit card for roam express. It doesn't add up I live in Sydney but my account in roam doesn't show up. I have complained but still have not answers.

I live in NZ and have never been to Sydney or driven in Melbourne! Why have I been charged $4 in Sept and $5 in October to my credit card? This is an totally unauthorised payement which Roam Express is practising fraud. Will report to VISA as fraud!
