My Name is Jodie and I work at a JSA provider I phoned on Thursday the 2/2/2012 spoke with a Gentleman.
I phoned to confirm that a client of mine has started employment through Your company I asked for a Start Date as well as an Hourly rate.
Which Gentleman gave to me, i then asked if it was ok for us to call once a fortnight to check to see if client was still working through them.
The Gentleman then became very irrate adn quite rude towards me saying that he know how a JSA works and that we are looking to get the Clients money and that my phone call would block up the Switchboard.
I tried to explain to the Gentleman that all we are gonig to need is to phone once a fortnight to see if he is still working. To which the Gentleman rudely responded that no i just said to you no i know how you work. I then terminated the converstaion.
The gentleman that i spoke with has every right to not give out information but there is a manner in which you should speak to another person there is no need to be rude nor is there a need to say that we would block the switch board if the Gentleman listened long enough he would understand that there are wage subsidys which can be put in place to help not only my client but your company as well.
