When someone telephones the number advertised on Radio 2GB you are unable to speak with anyone and the mobile number provided is given far too quickly for many elderly people to copy.
Many of advanced years do not have access to the internet and for those that are seeking information and not a sales representative at their door it is impossible to obtain the desired information.
