Scam!! This number was listed as support for Microsoft office when I was trying to download the program. They wanted access to my computer to fix an error with the download, but they really just wanted to hack my computer and install malware.

Dont give these people your info. They are scammers

These people are just scammer scum. What they do is basically illegal so report the number to the telecommunications ombudsman. DONT PAY THESE f*ckWITS ANYTHING!

Trojan warning pops up and by being front and centre of screen, blocks my access to Safari with a large 'pop-up' warning. I blocked my caller ID and checked the 1300 number it says to call. Asked guy for company name/ID. He avoided and said "we're a company that fixes all computers..." (yeah, right...and I'm Elvis Presley)... I have a MacBook, so I knew the number SHOULD'VE been someone from Apple Help Centre BUT IT WASN'T. I quickly hung up and booked a service call with Apple. Obviously a scam, has prevented my access to Safari so I've disconnected my modem - while I'm waiting - and won't be switching my MacBook back on until I've got an Apple rep on the phone. Damn jerks 😡
