Caller: Claimed to be Dept of Home Affairs Message received to call this number supposedly from the Department of Home Affairs. But when calling it, it's just a recorded message saying to call back between 9:00 and 3:00. Called back just after 2:00 about 4 times. Only got that recorded message. Sounds bogus.
