Caller: RACQ

If you receive a call from this number, it is RACQ wanting to know if you would like to continue with a roadside assistance or 'Lifestyle' product you already have with them. These products stay in renewal mode and do not lapse off RACQ's database until 3 months after the due date, just in case you did not receive your renewal or if you accidentally forgot about it. After that 3-month grace period, if you call RACQ to join for roadside assistance when you no longer have a current roadside assistance product with them, and you need roadside assistance that same day, you will most likely be charged a surcharge. The call is purely a courtesy in case you either overlooked your renewal or you did not receive it due to change of address or failed delivery.
