This company is the moat unreliable one I have ever delt I had to call and chace the delivery I also had to spoil the surprise for my girlfriend on valentines day and make her sit around for over and hour after she finished work when the flowers still did not arrive the company said they would re-direct the flower to our home address and to leave. She left 15mins later she received an abusive phone call telling her to turn around and go back to her work address the driver was apparently 2mins away when she said that wasn't possible she was yelled at and then told well we don't know wat time u will get ur flowers to our home address then hung up on it was impossible to get in touch with the company after this point. I really just wanted a refund In the end...
