Checking missed calls and this is from the Cocos (Keeling) Islands - no idea what company/organisation/person

Caller: A speaker with an Indian accent who claimed to be from Origin Left two messages on my answering machine on two consecutive days, 2 & 3 May 2019, about a meter reading I requested (which I did not request) and to ring back on this number. I did not call the number. I checked the Origin site this number is not listed. They have an 1800 number to call. I suspect it may be one of those expensive numbers to call. How he knew I was with Origin Energy I don't know?
