A recorded message said that there had been recent hacking attempts on my IP address, that my internet access would be disconnected if this wasn't resolved, and that I should wait for the next service representative. Man with an Indian accent then came on the line and claimed to be calling from Telstra Platinum. I told him this was a load of rubbish and he hung up.
