Caller: Someone calling himself Peter - who had a heavy Indian accent

He was wanting to tell me my internet was being used by others and they were 'steeling' my internet time. When I questioned him on how he knew this, he responded that 'they' we monitoring my internet usage. He asked me to turn on my computer, when I replied I was already using it - he hung up. I did a ring back to a Western Australian number, and guest what - no answer.
