As I have over 10 years been in out of Wagin W.A, now for past 5 years I have lived here.
I have never had any issues when the some time ATM is say decline.
I try three times to make a f post, my cost was $30 for petrol I had $20 cash which I gave to staff. I needed to go home to get $10 as ATM was declining me.
For the next 45 mins I was hold there because I would not hand over my welt & phone.
I give my driver & Security license but the manager said no you're wallet.
When I ask staff were is the form to fill out & sing,"no we don't do that"here?
I not going to leave my wallet I said, the manager said she ring the Police, I said then ring them. after all that she say no she won't call the Police.
Because of this I went to Police to check the facts My driver license is all I need to give.

Yes I know people working with the public have a very difficult job to do, as I have work in Security for 15 years I have plenty of dealing with the public &
their appalling!!! behavior.
today its is so critical that Management is properly trained!
