Is red cross fund making people who will ring at all hours

Others say it's the red cross but when I answer they hang up. If you buy raffle tickets they keep ringing you all the time. Why don't they just leave message then if you want to buy a ticket you can ring them back.

It's annoying they don't leave messages and it looks like they rang me twice in a row

Thank for other people telling me it's the red cross as they ring me all the time If they want you to buy tickets and your a reqular supporter why don't they leave a message so know who they are and what is hey want don't answer calls if I don't know who they are from

This # called me 5 times recently. A variety of times. No messages. If this is about raffles, I would probably buy a ticket. My personal policy is to NOT reply to any calls that do not leave messages.
