Hung up when I answered. Perth metropolitan area.

Received 3 calls in 2 days, from this number. I didn't answer but this doesn't seem to stop them.

After receiving two calls in two days, one from the Asian woman mentioned in other people’s complaints, I phoned Telstra's unwelcome calls number 1800 805 996) and arranged to have 9463 2399 blocked. Telstra only blocks calls for its own customers but the consultant advised that a block can also be put on all overseas calls. With one of those now in place, I'm hoping to be relatively free of these pests.

Same situation here, a caller who hangs up without speaking. Interesting that all the complaints are from the Perth area. Good that people targeted by these nuisance calls bother to report them, making it easy for the next recipient to verify that it's yet another number to be avoided.

had a missed call from this number at lunchtime and it just rang me again now but when I picked up and said hello a couple of times they hung up, tried to ring it back but it rang out so I have just searched the number and found this!

Received a call from this number 14:55 11/6/2015, Caller was a woman who sounded Asian. Claimed to be calling on behalf of a children's disability charity. I said I wasn't interested and hung up.Then blocked number on my hand set!!

This number called and left a blank message and then didnt answer on return call. Annoying.

I received a call from the above number 3/3/15 this afternoon. I picked up the call, said hello a few times and then heard the caller hang-up. I immediately redialled the number and heard the phone ringing.... no-one picked up the call ... no messaging service. Weird.

Claims to be from a children's disability charity but sounded completely fraudulent

This number called twice,left no message on our machine and when you call it back it doesn't connect.VERY annoying when you are waiting by the phone for prospective employers to call! :(
